Evidence we can reproduce
- The creator slug and exact field that appears wrong.
- A public source URL, publisher, and publication or capture date.
- The proposed value or wording and a concise rationale.
- For private or sensitive claims, confirmation that the evidence is appropriate to publish.

What happens next
- Identity and relevance are checked.
- Financial estimates must satisfy the source and date gate.
- Accepted changes are mirrored into the private source repository with field-level provenance.
- Historical measurements are corrected transparently, not silently erased.
