A useful report includes

Evidence we can reproduce

  • The creator slug and exact field that appears wrong.
  • A public source URL, publisher, and publication or capture date.
  • The proposed value or wording and a concise rationale.
  • For private or sensitive claims, confirmation that the evidence is appropriate to publish.

Review rules

What happens next

  1. Identity and relevance are checked.
  2. Financial estimates must satisfy the source and date gate.
  3. Accepted changes are mirrored into the private source repository with field-level provenance.
  4. Historical measurements are corrected transparently, not silently erased.
