Cohort statistics

Creator statistics from a cohort that shows its edges

Every number on this page is computed from the 122 creator profiles CreatorStats publishes, and every one is reproducible from the open CSV. Read it as a description of this cohort, not of the creator economy: these profiles were selected by editorial interest, so they are not a random sample and they cannot support a claim about creators in general.

How current these statistics are

The audience values behind this page were last committed on March 28, 2026. They are stored measurements, not live reads: CreatorStats does not query platform APIs when you load this page, and 111 of 122 profiles carry at least one validated API measurement. Treat every figure below as a snapshot of the deployed dataset on that date.

The financial side is weaker still. 100% of estimates are model-only ranges produced by creatorstats-legacy-baseline-band-v1, a fixed uncertainty band around an undated editorial baseline. No profile here reports audited financials, and none should be cited as though it did.

Platform coverage

Which platforms the cohort sits on

74 of 122 tracked profiles (61%) record an audience on more than one platform, which is the single clearest thing this dataset shows: creator reach at this tier is rarely confined to one service. The follower totals below are sums of separate platform counts, so the same human can appear in several of them — they measure accounts, not people.

Platform coverage across the tracked creator cohort
Platform Profiles Share of cohort Median audience Tracked accounts Largest tracked
YouTube 122 100% 7.1M 2.2B MrBeast · 509.0M
Twitch 55 45% 4.5M 319.8M Kai Cenat · 20.2M
TikTok 34 28% 10.1M 1.2B Khaby Lame · 162.0M
Instagram 30 25% 6.0M 443.6M Khaby Lame · 82.0M

Rumble 1 1% 500.0K 500.0K Dr Disrespect · 500.0K

Model-range spread

How far apart the estimates sit

Ranked by the midpoint of each modeled range, the cohort runs from $1.5M to $2.6B, with a median of $15.5M. Half the cohort falls between $5.1M and $26.5M. The distance between that median and the maximum is the point worth noticing: a small number of profiles carry baselines orders of magnitude above the typical one, so any cohort average would be dominated by them and is deliberately not published here.

Category mix

What kind of creators are tracked

Each profile carries one primary category. The median midpoint per category is shown for orientation only — category sizes here reflect which creators were added to CreatorStats, so the differences between them describe editorial coverage rather than earning power.

Primary category distribution across the tracked creator cohort
Category Profiles Share of cohort Median midpoint
YouTubers 48 39% $21.0M
Gamers 45 37% $12.0M
Streamers 19 16% $6.0M
TikTokers 10 8% $13.0M

Model inputs

Which income lines the model uses

These are the earnings lines the stored records populate, counted by how many profiles use each one. They are model inputs carried over from the legacy dataset — not reported revenue, and not confirmed by any platform payout statement or filing.

Citing this page

Reuse with the caveats attached

You may cite these aggregates with visible attribution to CreatorStats and a followed link to this page. If you quote a figure, carry its qualifier with it: audience totals count accounts rather than people, financial figures are model-only ranges, and the cohort is a curated tracked set of 122 profiles rather than a sample of the creator population. Removing those qualifiers turns a reproducible statistic into a false one.
